You'll probably want to run the audience on a Reach campaign. Frequency capping is limited to Reach campaigns on Facebook. You can limit the cap to whatever daily interval you like, ei frequency cap of 1 per day, per 15 days, 100 days... per whatever day interval you define.This should help you test out your audience the way you like.
