If you are happy with your current performance, I wouldn't move the budget by more than 20% at a time, since that will revert the campaign back to the learning phase and you might end up moving up the value chain in terms of inventory into a different placement (eg. moving up into YouTube when you're primarily buying on GDN or even search). With UAC, if it's not broken, don't try to fix it.
