MDM Podcast Episode 9 – A 13-minute analysis of the anti-trust case against Google
I’m experimenting with a new format for the MDM podcast, which is simply for me to record my thoughts on a specific topic (rather than invite a guest to discuss that topic with me). In the case of today’s podcast, the topic is the anti-trust complaint filed against Google by the DOJ on Tuesday, October 20th.
I am not a lawyer, so I do not attempt to assess the quality or validity of the legal arguments made in the claim, but rather I try to unpack the underlying mechanics of the accusations being made against Google from a commercial perspective.
